Teekah Lewis was sighted in Tacoma, WA today!
Teekah Lewis was believed sighted today at the Target department store in Tacoma, Washington.
Several witnesses report they believe it was in fact Teekah Lewis.
A photo was also believed to have been taken per 911 tapes and it resembled the child missing from Tacoma since 23-jan-1999.
